Introduction

This Policy describes how TGS Capital Group LLC and its affiliates ("TGS Capital Group") treat personal information collected on the websites and platforms where this policy is located (each a "Website"). This Policy does not apply to information that TGS Capital Group collects other than through Websites where it is posted (or provided through a link).

As indicated above, TGS Capital Group collects nonpersonal information on its Websites through the use of tracking tools, such as browser cookies. If you block or delete cookies, not all of the tracking that we have described in this policy will stop.

Some websites have "do not track" features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. Children and Websites

Each Website is meant for adults.  TGS Capital Group does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 without permission from a parent or guardian.  If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 13 has given information to TGS Capital Group, please contact the address below.

Links to Other Sites or Third-Party Services

If a link to a third-party site is included on a Website and you click on it, you will be taken to websites TGS Capital Group does not control.  This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of that website.  Read the privacy policy of other websites carefully.  We are not responsible for these third party sites.

This Policy should not be construed as giving business, legal, or other advice, or warranting as fail-proof, the security of information provided through the Website. The Internet is not 100% secure and TGS Capital Group cannot promise that your use of a Website or software will be completely safe. TGS Capital Group disclaims any liability with respect to any information obtained by a third-party through illegal entry into or breach of a Website. TGS Capital Group will maintain all information as long as it is necessary or relevant for purposes of compliance with internal policies, laws applicable to it, or record-keeping purposes.
